XGIMI’s new Horizon 20 Series projectors are super bright

XGIMI continues to make inroads into the projector market, and its latest models look to further advance its brand within the home cinema projector space.

After announcing the original Horizon line-up several years back, XGIMI has given the series an overhaul with three new models.

Believe in brighter

The Horizon 20, Horizon 20 Pro and Horizon 20 Max are, in XGIMI’s words, their brightest and most capable yet. The flagship model is the Horizon 20 Max, which thanks to its X-Master Red Ring Lens and RGB laser support, can reportedly deliver up to 5700 ISO lumens of brightness. This level of brightness ensures you can use the projector during the day or in areas with lots of brightness.

Every model in the new line-up supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+, Filmmaker Mode and IMAX Enhanced, offering the best possible quality from whichever source you have hooked up to the projectors. There’s native Netflix app support (which suggests these models might come with Google TV).

Gamers will enjoy low latency modes (apparently as low as 1ms!) and VRR support up to 240Hz. That basically offers lag-free gaming performance without problems such as tearing and stuttering. There’s also a new Pro Tuning Menu for more hands-on control for gamers, all of which implies a performance we don’t often see from projectors in the gaming realm.

There’s no mention of pricing just yet, but we won’t have long to find out how much the new projectors will cost. Pre-orders are set to begin on September 5th, with shipping set to start in October.

Hopefully, we’ll have a preview to give you an idea of what to expect from the new Horizon 20 series.

Birth of a TITAN

But that’s not all XGIMI had to reveal at IFA 2025.

Titan (or TITAN) if XGIMI’s first commercial-grade projetor, and a “direct challenge to the commericial status quo”.

It’s not intended for your average home use, but still retaining the company’s core principle for developing projectors that “prioritize flexibility, simplicity, and visual integrity”.

They’re intended to be used “conference rooms, immersive events, and AV installations”. With 4K resolution, 5000 lumens of brightness and 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio; the projector’s real-time FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Arrays) aims to offer clean, consistent output from every frame.

Again, no word on price, but XGIMI’s broadening its horizons (ahem) and looking to repeat its success in the commercial sector within the professional area.
