Xiaomi has introduced the Redmi G34WQ 2026, a new budget-friendly gaming monitor launched on October 10, 2025. Despite its accessible price, the device offers advanced features typically found in higher-end models, including an ultrawide curved display, high resolution, and a fast refresh rate. The monitor is designed to appeal to gamers seeking strong performance and versatility without a premium price tag.

The G34WQ 2026 features a 34-inch ultrawide curved LCD panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio and Quad HD+ resolution (3440 x 1440 pixels). While Xiaomi did not confirm the exact panel type, the 3500:1 contrast ratio strongly suggests the use of a VA (Vertical Alignment) panel, which offers deeper blacks compared to IPS panels. The screen provides a 180 Hz refresh rate, 1 ms gray-to-gray response time, and support for AMD FreeSync Premium, ensuring smooth and tear-free gaming performance.

Color accuracy is another highlight, with 95% DCI-P3 gamut coverage, 10-bit color depth, and a Delta E value below 2, indicating precise color reproduction suitable for both gaming and creative tasks. The monitor also supports HDR playback with VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification and delivers a typical brightness of 400 nits, offering vivid and detailed visuals.

Design-wise, the monitor combines black and white finishes with a hexagonal stand that enhances stability while saving desk space. It supports height, tilt, and swivel adjustments, and includes a cable management cutout. The display has a 1500R curvature, improving immersion during gameplay or media viewing. Additionally, an RGB lighting ring on the back adds a subtle gaming aesthetic.

Connectivity options are comprehensive, featuring two DisplayPort 1.4 ports, two HDMI 2.0 ports, and a 3.5 mm audio jack, allowing multiple devices to be connected simultaneously. The monitor is also VESA mount compatible, enabling wall or arm installation for better workspace flexibility.

In terms of pricing, the Redmi G34WQ 2026 retails in China for 1,599 yuan (approximately $224), with an introductory promotional price of 1,399 yuan (around $196). The product comes with a three-year warranty. While Xiaomi has not announced international availability, the company’s history of releasing monitors globally suggests that a wider rollout may follow. However, an official release in Brazil appears unlikely for now.
